Telecommunications community information roadshow comes to St Albans.
If you want to know the latest in telecommunications in the valley direct from all the key players, put Friday 11th August in your diary for the NEMA Roadshow.
The MVA have long been advocating for better communications for our area, both in times of emergency, and also more generally.
Macdonald Valley residents are invited to attend a National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Roadshow, with information sessions from Hawkesbury Council, Telstra, Optus, NBN, and NEMA.
Representatives from the Telco organisations will discuss upcoming improvements to the network and available technology to assist with better connectivity and provide a snapshot of some exciting initiatives in the area.
This is a great opportunity for the community to ask questions and engage with the Telcos.
The initiative is supported by Federal Member for Macquarie Susan Templeman MP, who will attend the St Albans session.
The Roadshow will be held at St Albans School of Arts on 11th August at 10:30 am.
