YOGA

The Committee of the St Albans School of Arts Hall are pleased to let the community know that yoga classes instructed by Esh (with 40 years experience) will be held in the hall on Saturdays 8.00 -9.00 am.

It is a great plus to have an instructor who lives locally and is able to work at such a great location. Come along for a great workout, newcomers welcome.

Cost: $15 to the instructor please
